Overview info

Our lives have become so hectic that we often forget to nourish ourselves and our families properly.  With a quick glance, it may not seem like such a serious problem.  However, upon further examination of the link between the obesity & diabetes epidemics in the US and the lack of adequate nutrition in Americans, it is clear we are doing something wrong.

Additionally, there's been an increase in the occurrence of ADD and ADHD in children, thousands of people are diagnosed with cancer every year and the cases of gastrointestinal distress are too numerous to count.  I think you'd agree that it's vitally important we make a change.  I believe that in order to see that change, we must first BE that change.

So, where do we start?  The first step is proper nourishment - it's crucial to eat a balanced array of foods that support your body rather than do it harm.  Too often, we underestimate the value of food.  Small changes like increasing the amount of vegetables you eat daily (especially raw ones) while decreasing the amount of sugars, fats and proteins can have a dramatic effect.

The second step is basic supplementation.  Even the most well-balanced diet does not supply your body with all the nutrients it needs; it's a smart idea to include some high-quality basic supplements in your daily intake (ie: MultiVitamins, Calcium, Omega
III Fish Oils, Antioxidants, etc).  For more information on supplementation, visit www.magnetic.isotonix.com.

Third, we simply have to move more!  Walking, bicycling, hiking, dancing, sports - whatever mode of movement (exercise) you choose, just do it.  We have become far too sedentary a population and our bodies are paying a 'hefty' price.

If excess weight is negatively affecting your physical or mental health, I invite you to get more information on this system.  It includes education on all of the above and so much more.  You'll be amazed at the positive changes you can bring about in your own health, in the way that you understand and experience food, in your outlook on life and, most importantly, in the way you feel about yourself!!

I encourage you to choose Health - you are so worth it!
