Why Weight? |

Our
lives have become so hectic that we often forget to nourish ourselves
and our families properly. With a quick glance, it may not
seem like such a serious problem. However, upon further
examination of the link between the obesity & diabetes epidemics in
the Additionally,
there's been an increase in the occurrence of ADD and ADHD in children,
thousands of people are diagnosed with cancer every year and the cases
of gastrointestinal distress are too numerous to count. I think
you'd agree that it's vitally important we make a change. I
believe that in order to see that change, we must first BE that change. Third, we simply have to move more! Walking, bicycling, hiking, dancing, sports - whatever mode of movement (exercise) you choose, just do it. We have become far too sedentary a population and our bodies are paying a 'hefty' price. If
excess weight is negatively affecting your physical or mental health, I
invite you to get more information on this system. It includes
education on all of the above and so much more. You'll be amazed
at the positive changes you can bring about in your own health, in the
way that you understand and experience food, in your outlook on life
